CMD Logomark
Personal Project, Spring 2018
I've been trying to develop a logomark for quite a while. More than one of my sketchbooks has pages filled with possibilities.
I decided to develop a few of the sketches in Illustrator and see how far the process would take me. One design in particular appealed to my aesthetic sense.
I paired the logo with my name in Orpheus Pro, a typeface that has a complementary weight and shape. Experimenting with mock-ups has revealed that further work is needed as I move to brand development.
